Emirates Defense Technology Joins Forces with Steadicopter to Supply Rotary Unmanned Aerial Systems

UAE-based defense firm Steadicopter partners with defense integrator Emirates Defense Technology on the delivery of advanced rotary tactical uncrewed aerial systems (UAS).

Steadicopter’s uniquely designed UAS functions in both civilian and military capacities, drawing the eyes of various market segments. Steadicopter’s Black Eagle 50H is the first-ever hybrid-powered uncrewed helicopter. It is capable of carrying multiple, heavy payloads with advanced sensor equipment. Applications for this variety of UAS include low-intensity conflict, search and rescue, and cybersecurity, among others. Defense customers are interested in applying such uncrewed systems across land and maritime domains.
