Türkiye becomes partner of Europe's largest tech fund

Turkey has officially become a partner of Europe's largest technology fund, the NATO Innovation Fund, after the Ministry of Industry and Technology joined on behalf of the country. The 1 billion euro fund, established at the Madrid Summit of NATO, aims to finance technologies crucial to the security of the Alliance's 1 billion citizens, including artificial intelligence, big data, autonomous systems, and quantum technologies. 


Turkey's participation will provide significant opportunities for its deep technology start-ups, granting access to long-term investment support and entry into NATO and allied markets. As the 6th largest partner with approximately 45 million euros in financing for 15 years, Turkey's involvement, along with the North Atlantic Defense Innovation Accelerator (DIANA), will play a crucial role in upholding NATO's technological superiority and developing breakthrough technologies for both civilian and military applications.
