Rafael Reveals Metro Dome at World Police Summit in Dubai, UAE

Israel-based Rafael Advanced Defense Systems will reveal its METRO DOME uncrewed traffic management (UTM) System at the World Police Summit in Dubai. With this UTM system, Rafael will unveil its DRONE DOME counter-uncrewed aerial system (C-UAS) designed to protect against hostile drones.

METRO DOME is designed as a way to manage drone activity in the ‘lower airspace.’ It is powered by artificial intelligence, equipped with abilities to re-route drones, analyze data, and de-conflict air traffic, among other uses. The DRONE DOME is a means of fortifying airspace against the increasing threat of hostile and unauthorized drones. It is also powered by AI, and equipped with advanced lasers, sensors, and other systems.
