Volvo Defense showcases robust solutions for modern forces at DSEI 2025 in London
At DSEI 2025, Volvo Defense will showcase a broad range of military-capable platforms built on its Common Architecture and Shared Technology (CAST) platform, highlighting the benefits of leveraging proven commercial systems for defence use. The lineup includes the armoured Volvo FMX 4x4 truck, the L60H heavy-duty wheel loader with a protected cab, Volvo Penta’s D6 DPI marine engine, and the I-Shift transmission with Ultra Low Crawler Gears, demonstrating versatility across land and maritime operations. With a focus on interoperability, streamlined maintenance, and lifecycle cost savings, Volvo Defense emphasizes scalable, mission-ready solutions that maintain high commonality with civilian models. The company will also present advances in autonomous systems and anti-drone technologies, underscoring its commitment to smarter, safer, and more connected defence capabilities. All products will be displayed at Volvo’s stand in Hall 9 during the exhibition in London from 9–12 September.
