IAI and DCX Announce the Establishment of a New JV in India

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and DCX Systems Limited have formed a joint venture called ELTX to support India's 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' and 'Make in India' initiatives by transferring advanced defense technology and expertise, including airborne radars and ground systems. The partnership aims to enhance India's self-reliance in defense through local manufacturing, job creation, and upskilling. IAI has a long-standing relationship with India and continues to expand its presence through initiatives like innovation programs and MRO facilities. ELTX will combine IAI's technological leadership with DCX’s manufacturing capabilities to develop cutting-edge, indigenous defense solutions for the Indian Armed Forces.
