Meta rolls out live translations to all Ray-Ban smart glasses users
Meta has announced new color lens options for its Ray-Ban smart glasses and expanded access to several features previously limited to its Early Access Program. These include live translation, Instagram messaging and calls, and context-aware conversations with Meta AI. The live translation feature, now available in all markets where the glasses are sold, supports real-time translation between English, French, Italian, and Spanish—even offline if language packs are pre-downloaded. New lens combos for the Skyler frame have also been introduced. Upcoming features include broader availability of Meta AI's "Live AI" visual assistant, Instagram communication tools, and expanded music app access. Meta AI is rolling out across the EU and will reach new markets like Mexico, India, and the UAE soon.
