The Ministry of Defense has started its own production of FPV drones

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has launched licensed production of modern FPV drones at one of its state-owned enterprises. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported on this. Production was launched last December as part of a pilot project.This project is being implemented under a trilateral agreement with a private developer who has granted a license to manufacture UAVs at a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Defense. The manufactured drones will be sent to units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. It is noted that after the production technology has been developed and scaled up, the state-owned enterprise will be able to participate independently in tenders of the Defense Procurement Agency and other potential customers.
