A Defense Startup CEO Says There’s Too Much Negativity on Replicator

The Pentagon’s much-hyped effort to build masses of cheap drones for future battlefields has gotten criticism from both new and established drone suppliers.

Dan Magy, co-founder of San Diego-based startup drone maker, Firestorm, recently called on his peers and competitors to offer more constructive solutions and feedback to the organizations steering the “Replicator” effort to produce and field thousands of small, attritable combat and ISR drones.
