
Milrem Robotics Unveils Its ‘Most Advanced’ Autonomous Combat Vehicle
Estonian company Milrem Robotics has unveiled its most advanced version of the Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV) at a defence exhibition in Bangkok. The RCV is powered by Milrem Robotics' Intelligent Functions Kit, utilizing AI and machine learning for full autonomy, reducing the need for human intervention. Equipped with sensors for obstacle avoidance and autonomous navigation, it also features communication links for remote team intervention in emergencies. The vehicle has applications in logistics support, casualty evacuation, reconnaissance, and combat operations, aiming to enhance military mission effectiveness and safety. Additionally, Milrem Robotics has introduced a tactical unmanned ground vehicle with an AI-guided weapon system in collaboration with Leonardo, offering improved warfighting capabilities and troop safety.
