DroneShield releases AI software engine to fuse counter-drone data from diverse sensors

DroneShield has launched SensorFusionAI (SFAI), a sensor-agnostic 3D data fusion engine that fuses data from different anti-drone sensors for rogue drone detection, offering a multi-sensor approach for fixed sites, vehicles, and ship systems. This AI-based sensor-fusion software can intelligently track objects, classify them, predict trajectories, and determine threat levels. The software module is designed for complex, high-noise environments with inconsistent data inputs and utilizes edge processing for scalability and reduced network load, presenting analysis results in easy-to-interpret graphics. DroneShield plans to offer SFAI to third-party manufacturers to maximize its market share.
