Their joint effort has led to the creation of two applications focused on interceptor assignment and optimized radar scheduling.
The interceptor assignment application considers complex variables such as missile capabilities, resource allocation, and threat mitigation, while the radar scheduling application efficiently manages phased-array radar systems for effective communication with moving objects.
These applications are designed to bolster defense strategies and mission objectives, and leverage D-Wave's quantum computing technology, which offers rapid responses during critical military scenarios.
