Iran Displays Homegrown Weapons, Equipment at Russian Military Expo

Iran's Defense Ministry has exhibited a range of domestically developed military systems and weapons at the ARMY-2023 International Military Forum in Russia. Alongside advanced Russian armaments, Iran showcased products including the Balaban guided bomb, Qaem bomb, Sadid, Almas, Toofan, and Ababil missiles. Notably, Iran displayed replicas of indigenous drones like Mojajer-6, Karrar, Arash-2, Shahed-129, and exhibited its 'Tactical Sayayd' air defense system overseas for the first time, indicating successful testing and operational readiness. The expo, which runs until August 20, also features an array of Russian armaments previously deployed in the Ukraine conflict, with a focus on advancing Russia's armed forces, defense industry, and international military cooperation.
