Turkey, Saudi Arabia ink deal for Baykar Akinci drones as Erdogan swings through Gulf

Baykar has signed its largest defence and aviation export contract yet, exporting its Akinci unmanned combat aerial vehicle to Saudi Arabia. The deal was sealed during Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to the Gulf kingdom, followed by Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Baykar will provide training, technical support, and logistic services, as well as joint production and technology transfer. The deal strengthens the deep bonds between the two countries and contributes to regional and global peace.
