Spanish UAV manufacturer expands regional footprint with Indonesian partner

Spain-based small uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) producer Alpha Unmanned Systems establishes a licensed manufacturing partnership with Indonesia-based PT Indadi Venyro. The partnership comes after PT agreed to invest in Alpha as a minority equity partner in April 2023.

Per the agreement, PT Indadi Venyro will be able to provide ‘local maintenance and support’ for Alpha Unmanned Systems products in the region. Alpha has already delivered some of its products to the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency, including its Alpha 900 rotor-wing UAV. The Alpha 900 is a helicopter-like vehicle equipped with a dual-sensor surveillance system.
