EDGE Fortifies its Technology and Defence Portfolio by Acquiring TRUST International Group

United Arab Emirates-based defense conglomerate EDGE Group acquires UAE-based defense trading specialist and supplier TRUST International. TRUST will ‘complement the Group’s existing multi-domain capabilities.’

TRUST has acted as a supplier and military equipment provider for the UAE Armed Forces. They also specialize in high-tech solutions including C4ISR and uncrewed systems, among other areas. EDGE Group will use the acquisition to broaden its international reach and expand its supply chain.
