EDGE to Establish Joint Research and Development Centre for Autonomous Solutions with UAVOS

UAE-based defense trading specialist GRADEONE signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with United States-based uncrewed systems manufacturer UAVOS to create a joint research and development, production, and commercialization center for autonomous solutions and weapon systems.

The MoU specifies that the partnership will initially emphasize the development of laser-based counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS), as well as high-speed aerial targets. The companies will also concentrate on other key areas, including the development and adoption of autonomous platforms for security purposes.
