CAMCOPTER S-100 Supports Royal Navy Ships on Operational Tasks

Austria-based helicopter-UAV provider Schiebel and France-based Thales are awarded the Peregrine uncrewed aerial system (UAS) contract by the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defence (MoD). The contract is for the provision of a CAMCOPTER S-100 UAS to support the UK Royal Navy.

The S-100 is equipped with a suite of high-precision naval surveillance sensors. It is designed for protecting Royal Ships during operational tasks. Schiebel and Thales will collaboratively provide the intelligence, reconnaissance, and surveillance (ISR) sensors and systems.
