Army wants ideas from industry on autonomous, anti-drone capabilities

The United States Army Futures Command releases a special notice calling for industry white papers on potential technology capabilities for the Army’s modernization strategy.

The notice is part of a broader effort, known as Project Convergence, to integrate emerging technologies like AI, robotics, and autonomy into plans for the Joint Warfighting Concept and Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2). The notice places an emphasis on the fuel and management systems needed to deploy autonomous systems at scale.
